Once we receive the Notice detailed below, we will take action at our discretion, which may include removing the infringing content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or if there are multiple works involved, you may provide a representative list of those works.
2. Specify the material or link you assert is infringing (or the subject of infringement) that you wish to be disabled, including at a minimum, the URL or the precise location where such material is found on the Site.
3. Include your company affiliation (if any), mailing address, phone number, and, if available, your email address.
4. Include both of the following declarations in your Notice:
* "I hereby declare that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as fair use)."

5. Provide your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who willfully misrepresents that material or activity infringes may face legal liability.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) in error, or that you have permission from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's representative, or under the law to post and use the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or access disabled and the location where the content appeared before it was taken down or disabled;
3. A statement asserting your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification; and
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, as well as a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement confirming that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or discontinue the disabling of access within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access may be reinstated, within 10 to 14 business days or longer at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have established a policy for terminating, in suitable situations and at our discretion, users recognized as repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there has been repeat infringement.
